Furthermore, we were among the first Japanese machine tool makers to commence production overseas. Starting with the 1974 founding of Mazak Corporation in the United States, we expanded our production base worldwide to the U.K., Singapore, China, and other overseas locations. We are the only machine tool maker to have established a truly global production system. With these local plants serving as a base we not only provide high quality service, but have also built a strong relationship of mutual trust with our customers from around the world.
