Our modular assembly factory represents a breakthrough in manufacturing technology, combining the rational concept of digitalized manufacturing with the method of electronic information control all in the environment of our fully networked factory. We have effectively broken out of the traditional mold of entirely manual assembly work. Through using modular catered assembly units, recording assembly process data, examining tracking information, and incorporating electronic monitoring systems we have succeeded in digitalizing our assembly operations and establishing a high-efficiency, high-precision assembly environment. Using advanced modular assembly technology and individually catered assembly-line methods, our assembly line can complete an average of one new machine tool every five hours.
